Responsible for Global AmericanExpress.com: Identity, Lending, Statements, Payments and Disputes. 

Lead new Product Development group looking at next generation payments solution, P2P, block-chain, virtual wallets and cards. 

2015 Portfolio responsibility for 1.6 million in operation cost reductions and 80 million in revenue. 

Work with management to transform the product delivery process to be a P&L outcome based model.

Established clear product portfolio vision with clear milestone for U/X research, A/B tests and product release cycles.

Led the hiring of 17+ product managers is 4 cities in 5 months across the entire product portfolio

Director ofInternational Digital Media,  A+E Networks,          NY,  Dec. 2011 - July 2014

I lead International Digital Media product, creative, technology, operations and marketing for all A+E Network Brands: HISTORY, H2, Lifetime, A&E, FYI, Crime & Investigation and Biography. 

Oversaw all the digital components of the 20+ channels launches, in over 20 languages, in 7 years, including digital marketing, sites, internal systems and digital partnerships.

Managing the launch and development, with local management, of over 28 network-branded sites and products across Latin America, Asia, and Europe, resulting in global traffic growth average 36% per year for 7 years. 

Manage a team of designers, developers, analysis, marketers and product managers in all digital product development across: mobile, Marketing ,TV apps, online, social and gaming.

Developed Global CMS, Video, Publishing and Ad solutions for a 89+ sites, as welloriginal Mobile applications andgames with A+E Network IP.

Managed divisional budget, responsible for all digital media related, non-transactional business agreements, including, but not limited to, content rights, technology license, services, and trademark use.

Negotiated and reviewed all division technology contracts, including, but not limited to, Akamai (CDN), Brightcove (video), thePlatform( video), Comscore, Rackspace, Google (DFP), and Amazon (AWS).   

Developed global Video and CMS products, technical architecture, operations and launch. 

Manage the daily operations and product management of the internal Enterprise E-commerce and distributions systems responsible for of over 250 million dollars of revenue.

Created or reviewed all technical, creative, and workflow documentation: wireframes, functional specification, technical specification, designs, user workflows, and server architecture.
